He was 71.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Former Michigan congressman Mark Schauer&nbsp;will be among the speakers at the memorial service at Western Michigan University. He says Wolpe was a mentor and inspiration.&nbsp;</p><p>&quot;He made his decisions based on principles and values&hellip;and intelligence.
