Another Dan Gilbert company will probably move into downtown Detroit, bringing 1,500 more employees from the suburbs into the city.

Gilbert's Title Source provides title insurance, property valuations and settlement services.

The Detroit Free Press reports the company scheduled a news conference for Wednesday morning to announce the move to the Gilbert-owned First National Building in Downtown Detroit.

Title Source is moving locations from the Detroit Suburb of Troy. About 500 of the company's employees will move in immediately, with the remaining 1,000 moving in over the next six months, reports the Freep.

This marks the third major move by a Gilbert company from the Detroit suburbs into the city.  Last year, Quicken Loans moved 1,500 workers into the Chase Tower Building.

In a press release announcing that move, Gilbert said he wants to transform the city of Detroit into "a work, live and play epicenter where young professionals come to plant roots and grow their careers."

To further this goal, last July, Gilbert's Quicken Loans and four other downtown Detroit companies unveiled the "Live Downtown" program, a five-year initiative that provides cash incentives to employees who choose to move into the Corktown, Downtown, Eastern Market, Lafayette Park, Midtown and Woodbridge neighborhoods of the city.
