Three schools in Stockbridge were closed Wednesday and Thursday because of an online threat.

Three mid-Michigan schools were closed for two days this week as investigators tracked down the source of an online threat.

The threat through the Stockbridge Community Schools' technology department involved Stockbridge Junior/Senior High School. The district's schools were closed Wednesday and yesterday.

Police tracked down a 14-year-old boy believed responsible for the threat. Classes resumed today and charges are expected.
