As we debate solutions for gun violence in our schools, teachers and administrators continue to prepare for active shooter situations by holding lockdown drills.

Stateside spoke with award-winning teachers Matinga Ragatz and Rick Joseph about lockdown drills, their students' reactions to school shootings, and the increasing burden on teachers to do more than just teach.
