Canada will allow some American travelers to cross the border starting Monday. There are a LOT of caveats.

U.S. travelers must be fully vaccinated and provide COVID-19-related information through the ArriveCan app or online, and have a pre-entry molecular COVID-19 test within 72 hours. Canada will also require travelers to be asymptomatic and show a paper or digital copy of their vaccination documentation upon request.

Travelers must also have a suitable plan and be prepared to quarantine if they don't meet all the conditions to be exempted from quarantine.

It’s a one-way re-opening. The U.S. border remains closed to Canadian non-essential travelers until at least August 21.
