Not as many people vote in gubernatorial election years compared to Presidential election years.

ROSEVILLE, Mich. (AP) - A Detroit-area city clerk says hundreds of absentee ballots for the upcoming election apparently haven't been delivered. Roseville City Clerk Richard Steenland yesterday mailed out postcards to 1,900 absentee voters to ask if they received their ballots. Steenland says he can re-issue ballots if needed before Election Day.
