Not as many people vote in gubernatorial election years compared to Presidential election years.

ROSEVILLE, Mich. (AP) - A Detroit-area city clerk says hundreds of absentee ballots for the upcoming election apparently haven't been delivered. Steenland says he can re-issue ballots if needed before Election Day.
