Counties in southeast Michigan’s eastern edge still rank among the hottest spots in the state for COVID infection rates. Hospitals are reporting near-capacity conditions. It’s not great anywhere in Michigan right now but the thumb is in serious trouble.

Lapeer arts group takes children’s theater online during COVID
