Today, Detroit Regional Chamber CEO Sandy Baruah and University of Michigan Ross Business School Professor Jeff DeGraff explored questions about the city’s brand and whether the big developments in downtown Detroit, Midtown and Corktown are being felt in the neighborhoods.
